Our standard row crop cultivators (1.) include two side hoes and a rear V-blade hoe. This arrangement allows for a small protective distance, as the tools, close to the plant, are closest to the pivot point of the tractor, thus reducing the size of backlash.
As a novelty, we also offer the proven rotary hoe (2.) for row-crop cultivators.
In contrast to fixed tools it is free from clogging and does not misplace soil, which allows for higher speed without the need of constant control.
Because of these features, it is the ideal choice for satellite-navigated systems. Working depth increases parallel with the distance from the row, hence it is suitable for smaller plants without protective disc. Clogging-free operation makes row crop cultivation applicable to areas where traditional or S-tine hoes would be futile.
To meet the demand, S-tines (3.) can also be ordered for our cultivators. These tools can ensure more aggressive loosening in the soil between the crop rows and are less likely to be clogged than conventional fix tools.
Ridge formation hoes come in two types to supplement our cultivators: a smaller, symmetric one, and a larger, asymmetric (so called “lovas” hoe) one. Both tools ensure weed coverage between crop rows and provide support for the crops. Another advantage worth mentioning is that these hoes can also cover chemical fertilizer between crop rows maximizing effectiveness.
„Vecsési” hoe set (5.) performs thorough tilling and is used for breaking up soil. Chisel hoes are comprehensive weed elimination tools with modest ridge formation ability.
For our rotary hoes and S-tines, a protective disc can be fitted as required.
